Harry has been with me since October 2012, when i returned from a trip to Eden to recommit a bottle to sea.(You Tube Anne’s Adventure) Harry is named after Prince Harry and my late partner , Harold (Harry) who emigrated to Australia from Yorkshire in 1970.
I wrote to Prince Harry in early April 2013 to tell him that my Cavalier is named after him . I was delighted that his Press Secretary replied to my letter in late April 2013.
Harry is a loving animal. He adores his cuddles and his tummy being rubbed. He loves to lie on the floor near me as I work on the computer . Sometimes I hear gentle snores…….
Harry has an elegant walk and brings himself to attention when he is walked . Passers by look admiringly at him . He certainly has regal qualities.
Lizzie and James came to me in March 2014 ,after my beautiful Marietta had died . Lizzie and James could not be separated as they had spent 10 years of their lives together.
Lizzie, the smallest of my Cavaliers, is the boss. She is territorial and protective of me.Lizzie is personality plus. I call her Lizzie Mayhem, as she gets up to so much mischief. In 2017, i hope to write a book for children aged 4-6 which will be based on Lizzie’s adventures.
James is a beautiful old man .He had one eye removed in May 2015 whilst i was in hospital for a spinal operation . James always likes to know where i am and he will actively seek me out. He is such a gentleman and a loving animal.
